Editing (Post 1)

Image
This week we finished filming and began editing. We had to re-shoot two scenes because we wanted to capture a better use of emotion within our time constraint. Furthermore, we would have added a close up of Astrid (Detective Santos') face during the interrogation scene. Despite being unable to make these changes due to the lack of editing software and green screen capabilities at our homes, we are very pleased with the product of our movie opening. Astrid and I worked very hard on it over the past few months. We learned a lot about how camera angles, editing techniques, sound, and lighting play a pivotal role in film making. I hope you enjoy watching our film opening!
